Grasmere on Park Adult Day Program and the Memory Workshop, an Early Memory Loss Program, provide individuals opportunities for socialization and recreation. Creative programming also provides caregivers with respite support so they are able to work or pursue their own interests, while loved ones who may be experiencing physical and/or memory challenges enjoy participating in their own interests designed to meet their activity needs and choices.
The Memory Workshop provides a forum for individuals who do not required medical supervision in the early stages of memory loss to obtain support and participate in programs.
Our Program’s philosophy is to meet the medical needs within a socially stimulating environment. Clients can remain living in their own homes much longer because of their participation and support services provided within the program. By offering different levels of nursing services, rehabilitative therapies, care management, therapeutic recreation, socialization, and interactive programs, we can ensure a successful experience for each participant.
Grasmere on Park is a certified medical model through the Connecticut Association of Adult Day Services in cooperation with the State of Connecticut Department of Social Services.
