As we age, it is important to identify and plan for current and future needs, as we navigate through the journeys of life and its transitions. This requires the expertise of professionals who are able to provide the geriatric assessments, guidance, referral services and assurance of an individual care plan that correlates with caregiver and family support.

Jewish Senior Services’ Institute on Aging is a consultative service committed to those who are living at home and concerned about changes in health. Our priority is to enhance the quality of life for those individuals living with memory disorders and their caregivers through coordinated medical, psychological and social interventions that lead to an all-inclusive plan of care.
