Capital Campaign Donations

The Journey to Home Capital Campaign was launched in 2013 (and continues today) working with our friends and community to successfully complete our ambitious fundraising goal of $27 million. The Campaign supports our state-of-the-art campus that brings together the future of long-term care, assisted living, the Federation for Jewish Philanthropy of Upper Fairfield County, the J Fitness Center and the community-at-large in a place that is truly HOME for all of us. The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Campus on Park Avenue is the first Household Model nursing home in Connecticut.
